Gender, sexuality, identity, and belonging: across the places that shape our lives.
I work with organizations, leaders, and communities trough teaching, facilitation, consultation, and dialogue to turn complex questions into thoughtful, inclusive practice.
You might be here because…
You are leading, teaching, or building something in a time of change.
Your organization or community is navigating questions of gender, sexuality, identity, or belonging and you want to engage them thoughtfully.
The questions are complex. The stakes are human. And the answers aren’t always obvious.
You may need a facilitator, educator, thought partner, or advisor who can help you move from complexity toward meaningful practice.

How I work
My work is relational, grounded, and responsive to context. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. I work with you to understand the questions, needs, and possibilities in front of you.
Facilitation & Dialogue
I create spaces for honest conversation around gender, sexuality, identity, power, and belonging, helping people engage complexity with curiosity and care.
Teaching & Learning
I design learning experiences that make complex ideas accessible, deepen understanding, and offer practical tools for meaningful change.
Thought Partnership
I work alongside leaders and organizations as they navigate difficult questions, offering perspective, guidance, and space to discern what comes next.
